Sports markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts events). In the event of a dispute or data-feed error, pk778 reserves the right to void or re-settle affected markets once the official result is confirmed. Winnings from incorrectly settled Wagers that have already been withdrawn may be reclaimed.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds, game outcome or any other technical fault, pk778 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the original stake. This applies regardless of whether the error was on the part of pk778, a third-party data supplier or a game studio. pk778 is not liable for losses arising from system interruptions, connectivity failures or third-party software errors.
In-play markets are offered in real time and are subject to rapid odds changes. pk778 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Wagers placed after a real-world event outcome has already been determined — whether due to delay or data-feed latency — may be voided at pk778's discretion.

Real-money balances (net of any amounts legitimately withheld in accordance with these Terms) will be returned to you via an available payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk778 support. Before Account closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. pk778 will retain certain personal data for the periods required by applicable law, as set out in the Privacy Policy, even after Account closure.
